1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for:

• Algo Trading Robots

• MT4/MT5 Automation Tools

• Subscription Plans (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)

• Setup & Installation Services

• Digital Software Licenses

• Optimization or Customization Services

are 100% non-refundable.

Once a service or license is delivered/activated, it cannot be reversed, therefore refunds are not eligible.

2. Digital Product Nature

Our products are delivered instantly or within a few hours.
Since digital products cannot be returned, no refunds will be processed after delivery.

This includes:

• Robot files (EA/Indicators)

• Activation on trading account

• Software configurations

• Access to premium systems

3. Performance Disclaimer

Forex & Algo trading involves market risk.
We do not offer refunds for:

• Trading losses

• Market volatility

• Broker issues (spread, slippage, server errors)

• Change of mind

4. Incorrect Purchase

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buying the wrong product

• Accidental purchase

5. Duplicate Payment Refund

Refunds are allowed only in the case of a verified duplicate payment.

To claim a duplicate refund:

• Contact us within 24 hours

• Provide payment proof (screenshot/reference ID)

Once verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

6. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment shows:

• Pending, contact your bank or payment gateway.

• Failed, the amount (if deducted) will be auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 3–7 business days.

We do not control bank/payment gateway timelines.

7. Subscription Policy

• No partial or prorated refunds for unused days.

• If the user delays installation, validity still starts from the activation date.

• Mid-cycle cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

8. Non-Delivery Issue

• We will re-send or activate your service

• Non-delivery caused by incomplete user details is NOT eligible for refunds
