  • Subscription-based usage licenses

  • Installation & setup support

We do not provide financial advice or promise guaranteed profit

Account & Licensing

  • Each robot/software is licensed to one trading account only unless stated otherwise.

  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing our software without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Changing your MT4/MT5 account number requires support approval and may incur additional charges.

  • Payments & Pricing

  • All payments made on Algobotsinc.com are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Subscription validity begins from activation date, not the date of purchase.

  • Accepted payment modes include:

  • Razorpay / UPI

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit/Debit Cards (where applicable)

  • Service Activation

  • Activation time is typically 1–4 hours after payment.

  • User must provide correct MT4/MT5 account details, broker server information, and contact details.

  • Delays caused by incomplete information are not our responsibility.

  • User Responsibilities

  • You agree:

  • To use our robots responsibly and legally

  • To understand the risks associated with forex trading

  • To maintain stable internet/VPS for continuous robot performance

  • Not to modify or reverse-engineer the software

  • Performance Disclaimer

  • Algo trading involves market risk.

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.

  • Profit/loss depends on market volatility, broker conditions, spreads, slippage, and user settings.

  • Algobotsinc.com is not liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Missed trades

  • Technical failures

  • Broker-related issues

  • User mistakes

  • You trade at your own risk.

  • Support & Maintenance

  • Support is available through WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email (as per your plan).

  • Support includes installation help, settings guidance, and minor troubleshooting.

  • Strategy modification, custom EA development, or financial guidance is not included.

  • Refund Policy

  • All payments made towards:

  • Algo robots

  • Subscription plans

  • Setup services

  • Activation fees

  • are 100% non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payments (see Refund Policy page).

  • Plan Validity

  • Weekly Plan: 7 Days

  • Monthly Plan: 30 Days

  • Quarterly Plan: 90 Days

  • Validity starts from the activation date, even if the user delays installation.
